Client Success Engineer/Specialist

In this role, you will be the go-to person for all our critical business accounts. Your mission is to make our client's lives easier by managing the relationship, addressing any issues that arise, and answering questions. You'll also be responsible for developing new business opportunities with existing and new clients, so you'll need to have a knack for spotting new opportunities and seizing them with gusto!
We're looking for someone who has experience in account management and a proven track record of developing new business opportunities. Your cross-functional skills are important too, as you'll be working with our customer service and product development teams to ensure our clients receive the best possible experience.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee customer account management – Includes developing new business along with negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profits.
- Collaborate cross-functionally – Work closely with the sales team to achieve quotas while keeping clients satisfied and engaged with products and services.
- Ensure delivery to customers - Facilitate the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Familiarity with CRM software preferred
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Some travel required for this role
